4.2 639 Club reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time during the life of an account, including upon registration, prior to bonus crediting, or when unusual transaction patterns are detected.
4.3 Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified in 639 Club's request may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality and, after reasonable notice, account closure.
5.1 639 Club accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability at the time of deposit.
5.2 All deposits and account balances are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
5.3 639 Club does not accept cash deposits. All payment methods must be registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
5.4 Deposits are typically credited to your 639 Club account instantly for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya) and within 15–30 minutes for bank transfer methods, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. 639 Club reserves the right to apply anti-money laundering checks before processing any withdrawal.

7.2 Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered before a withdrawal may be requested.

14.2 Players may voluntarily close their 639 Club account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining after resolution of pending bets and applicable bonus forfeiture will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
14.3 Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, 639 Club reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance to offset any damages, losses, or administrative costs incurred.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory body with jurisdiction over online gaming disputes.
16.1 639 Club reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via in-platform notification or to the registered mobile number associated with the account.
16.2 The effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions will be indicated at the top of this page.
